Maybe Justin Vernon’s recent tyrade of obscene and conceited comments are more a result of too much blog hype, or whatever, but either way, I continuously forget that he is actually a talented musician. He’s also been pretty bad on the Late Night showcasings, so that probably hasn’t helped him much either. BUT, this video here, including stripped down versions of a collection of Bon Iver tracks, is pretty fantastic and truly worth a watch/listen. Check it. — AV

How did Secondhand Seduction come to be?
We crossed paths at Lady Samurai’s 21s birthday bash but recognized an intense connection during summer 2011. Then, we became the soul sisters known as Secondhand Seduction.
What message would you like to share with the Emory community?
Lady Samurai: Thank you RuPaul for this quote that I really should just put on my fridge door: “If you don’t love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?” I am a big proponent for self love and self discovery!
